  Veterinary eye specialists: 875 saw mill river road, Ardsley, NY 10502. Phone: 914-674-4141. One of my bosses takes his dogs there and highly recommends them. He says he wouldn't trust his show dogs (pugs) to just any eye doc. He says it's well worth the drive.
