  Henry's is good. If you know "close to nothing", those courses offered by the Ottawa School Board during the evenings and weekends are good and cheap. [Ottawa has a School of Photographic Arts](http://spao.ca/) has a great reputation. So does Algonquin. But it sounds like you need a few beginner courses and a bit of experience before you go to either of those. Join some of the local clubs too. You can learn a lot from members.
