Can anyone recommend a plumber who is particularly adept at detective work and problem-solving?
For awhile now we've had a problem where the water from the cold taps all over the house comes out hot for a few moments, then warm, and never really seems gets as cold as it should. One plumber we called was completely stumped, and another said it would cost about $1400 and a hole in a wall just to test a hypothesis he wasn't that convinced by. So if you have had a good experience with a plumbing detective, I'd like to hear about it...
