My ill-fated attempt at A.I. with frozen semen earlier this month almost bankrupted me with shipping costs. I'm thinking shipping might be cheaper if it ships in-country.   Although you had a crappy experience with frozen semen, I also recommend Deb Ottier of Iron Horse Equine Reproduction Services. She is EXTREMELY experienced and capable!
