I felt very threatened as an Asian mom. He was very aggressive towards me. I was shocked. I have never met such an unethical, unprofessional doctor in my life. He basically verbally abused me and attacked me for asking a question why he needed to pull two of my son's permenant teeth. I was wondering if there was any other way. I believe that was a very legitimate question out of a concerned mom. I couldn't believe I was being treated that way. Not to mention my appointment was at four, and he made me wait almost an hour before he would see us. I patiently waited and never complained about it. On another occasion, I had an appointment on a Friday afternoon, and I came to the office, there was no one there. No one showed up at the office. I was very frustrated. No one called me back the next day on their own, and I had to call and make another appointment. Again, I have never complained while I was in the office. Anyway, no apology about it what so ever. At the end, he demanded everything to be taken out of my son's mouth immediately. After 20 more minutes, he brought one of his receptionists out who started yelling at me and threatening me. Finally, another lady came and did the job. However, I was very concerned about my son being alone with them. I wanted to watch and stand near him. They screamed at me saying that I couldn't because of health regulations, while I was watching his daughter play with the dental instruments right in front of my own eyes. I felt I was being bullied by him and his staff. This was the worst medical professional I have ever encountered in my life!!!

  Dr. Glossier in Hagerstown. fantastic!!! I can't say enough good things about him. He was the third orthodontist we saw. 301-393-2680
