I'm still bonking hard on long rides. Instead of it happening at the 50 mile mark, it's closer to the 70 mile mark, now (depending on pace). Docs say nothing's wrong with me (despite unnecessarily scaring me with the threat of hearing a heart murmur which is career affecting...it was debunked with an expensive heart echo).
Does anyone recommend a nutritionist in the area for a quick chat? I'm looking for someone that will work around my love for bacon and GMOs and my hatred of the word 'organic.' :)
