About us
Here we make hand crafted custom cakes fresh to order using local quality ingredients at a reasonable price. We are fully licensed with a food hygiene rating of 5.
Weddings, Novelty, Cupcakes, Birthday's, Cake pops, Christenings....you name it we make it. All occasions catered for.

Our Policy
Deposits: An agreed non refundable deposit is required to secure your cake, without this we will not be able to hold your date. Priority will be given to paying customers.
Delivery:
A small delivery fee will be added accordingly.
Cancellation:
Should you wish to cancel your order you must provide three working days notice.
Cake Stand Hire:
Cake stand hire are available from £15. You agree that damaged or missing pieces will be charged to you at their replacement cost, including any postage/handling charged to us by the supplier. Hire of cake stands is at our discretion. The stands remain our property and you agree to return the stands to us complete and without damage by the agreed date.
If you're unhappy:
Complaints are very rare and we take them very seriously. All complaints must be made within 24 hours of receiving your cake. The returned cake will need to be provided to ensure we are able to fairly assess the nature of the complaint.
Refunds will not be provided after the 24 hours notice period. Any refund given for disputes regarding a cake design are completely at the discretion of Hannah's Creative Cakes and are not automatic. Full refunds will never be given for any cake which has been consumed.
