I have no idea where to look for someone to come and diagnose these problems and rectify them but any suggestions on here of someone local and trustworthy would be gratefully received.   Penetrating Damp is down to water ingress so a roofer will be your best bet. Chimney, flashing valleys etc may need re-placing. Also could be something as simple as blocked or poorly fitted guttering overflowing/leaking down the wall. Gary - Abbey Roofing 0121 429 7144
