Hi my name is Heather Larsen and I love to bake! About five years ago my husband developed a sensitivity to gluten and I had to learn all over how to make our favorite dinners and treats (emphasis on the treats). I love doing this and want to share with you these delicious cookies, pies, eclairs and so much more. You won't believe these are gluten free!
These treats are by order only (I don't have a bunch on hand) which makes them perfect for family events; they are always fresh. It seems these days every family has at least one who is gluten free and misses out on all the dessert goodness.
Message me to order. Please give me AT LEAST ONE WEEK notice of the date you want them. More time is preferred, but I'm flexible. Due to the nature of the product I have to require half down before I'll buy the ingredients (this is non refundable, and it shows me you're committed to the purchase). I use venmo, paypal or cash.
***Disclaimer-- My home is NOT a 100% Gluten free home. My children still enjoy a bowl of shredded wheat from time to time and I'll occasionally (literally maybe twice a year) make food with wheat. That being said I've taken measures to make sure cross contamination does not occur; but if your sensitivity is so severe that mixing a batch of cookies in a bowl that previously had wheat products in it will get you sick, you'll want to try these treats with caution***
