  Has anyone had any experience with hiring someone to repair a refrigerator? We went on vacation last week, and returned to find that our refrigerator has stopped dispensing filtered water, and is leaking in the back. The refrigerator was in our home when we bought it, but I was planning to get a Sears repairman in to fix it, because that is where the appliance was purchased. Are there more local, reputable companies that I should use instead? Or does anyone know if this problem seems like something I should be able to fix myself?

  Always something: does anyone know someone that can fix a front loader washing machine. It's a Whirlpool duet. Not sure if something stuck in the drum and it's a simple thing. The drum won't turn.   I swear by Edgeworth Appliance in Malden. Had to use them a few times for dryer, washer and fridge. They were honest and reasonably priced. Nice guy too. 781-322-2953
