  According to online prices, depending on what type of vehicle you need enterprise is cheaper than Midwest auto. I've been pleased with the service from enterprise bit they require a $100 deposit if you use a debit card.

  No where in town has rentals right now. I work for Midwest auto and enterprise/hertz has sent a bunch of people down to us because they were out. Now we are sold out until Tuesday unless you want a 12-15 passenger van.

  I rented a car from midwest auto while I was in ottumwa and they were great to me.. Christy Taylor and Ed and Lisa Black are top notch people. Brandi Marcus at Clemons also has rentals and is super awesome too..
