  I bought mine at the Extreme Sports centre: https://www.extreme-shop.ru/ There are many shops in there with second hand bikes. (Keep in mind that you can't take bikes into the metro so you'll need a way to get back from there e.g. ride back.)

  If you go to decatlon or sportsmaster, you'll end up with something low quality and not very great. If you have a car, I highly recommend going up to a place called "Extreme". The prices are very reasonable and quality is good. Don't buy a bicycle you won't enjoy riding. http://www.extreme-shop.ru/
