  Bryan, I am trying to understand your disagreement but what ever. I guess i go back to my own experience after 30 years performing I thought I would take some Bass lessons lasted about ten minutes. I knew more than the college graduate Teacher. Everyone takes a different tac and I appreciate your comments. If you would like to learn a little more about my career my web site is sonixmusic.com..   Michelle, your request is very broad.. does the student have any musical experience or from scratch? I own Sonix Music Entertainment in Erie. I also play guitar and bass guitar but I don't call myself a teacher. Learn the basics and when you get ready for a teacher it will all come together easier. I also have a lot of musical equipment including electric guitars, amps, and other things.
