  "Fiddlehead is a business committed to two things- great food and drink served by professional people, and a drive to help veterans in our community. Our menu will be comprised of food that Aaron and Mary grew up eating at our families' tables- pickled items, pierogi, fried chicken, hearty and healthy dishes. All of our meat is sourced from small, local farms, where the animals are treated well and they have a good life. If you are as committed to good food as we are, regardless of your background, you will find a good fit at Fiddlehead" from their FB page.

  One of the owners, my friend Mary, also owns Blackbird Cafe in Valpo. Fiddlehead will be a great addition to MC.
