He makes promises he has no intention of keeping, continues to take money and never finishes the work. He lied about his ability to build a custom house used a draftsman who could not even provide proper drawings with elevations, constantly changed finish dates, did not honor his contract and would not finish/fix discrepancies once we moved in. We had to hire independent contractors to finish the work because we could never get him to return our calls. The subcontractors hired by him did sub par work and would not fix drywall issues and other damage they caused. On top of everything else we had to fix, he left us with a "three car garage" that in reality can only hold one full sized car because of their lack of drawings and oversight during construction. He has no business building anything and should be put out of business!
