  SOS. Bad lower back pain looking for somewhere in Nassau to help. Chiropractor, Accupuncture, etc. I'm interested in any recommendations. I am having a lot of lower back pain. I have very slight herniated disks L4,5 & C1. I have been to a couple of places where they just put me through a cookie cutter treatment without any resolve. Looking for recommendations in Nassau. Preferably south shore but will drive further for something worth it.

My chiropractor, Dr. Michael Remy (whom I highly recommend) may be on vacation and I need an appointment this week (my fault for waiting so long to take care of my back).
