  Lee S. wrote: Jim(the owner) is a dishonest person, with no integrity. His plumber came out and used the standard pricing guide (designed by Jim) to give me a quote. Jim was unaware I received a price already from one of his guys, and came to my location upon his request. I thought he just wanted to size up the job before they started but he quoted me again! This time he was almost double what I was originally quoted by his company! I said, "I was already quoted $800 by you guys a few days ago?" He then said "Ok that should work".????? What was he trying to do here? He was trying to take me to the bank. He is extremely passive aggressive too. Since then his price has again gone up, and when my wife asked for an explanation he de-graded her and hung up the phone.He was an hour late for our appointment and when I confronted him about it and told him I didn't have much time because I was already late for work, he didn't even acknowledge what I said. Jim, the owner is extremely dishonest. It's unfortunate because I had small jobs done by his guys in the past and they do a good job, but I can't do business with owners like this. Beware of Victor James Plumbing owner, Jim. It's safe to say that eventually word will get out about him.
