  Property repair and Maintenance. Many years ago someone knocked out the wall that divided my kitchen and dining room. Over the years since the landing has dropped and having taken the coving down I can see movement of about 10mm between the ceiling and upstairs wall along with some slight cracks. In addition the upstairs walls have twisted so the doors do not shut in the frames. So I am look at a reliable property repair person to come and rectify. There is other work to do such as a bathroom refit and potentially a driveway / front garden area to do something with. Any reccommendations?
