  Good Home Renovation Specialists in Waterloo Region Hey everyone! On November 1st, we had a sewage backup at our townhouse in the Victoria Hills area of Kitchener. Due to contamination, we now need to pretty much re-do most of our basement. Since 80% has been ripped out and it's been stripped down to the bones, we would like to fully renovate parts of it, specifically the bathroom area. Can anyone recommend any solid contractors in the area I could contact for a quote? Essentially, we want someone who will not screw us around and will actually show up when they say they are. Our restoration company, Golden Triangle, made various promisea to show up to finish the work removing the contaminated materials but they did not follow through on their promises. Thanks folks!

  Country Lane is awesome - we used them to build a Muskoka room (screen porch). As with most contractors, it will take some time to get the quote and get the job scheduled. I liked that Country Lane gave us the choice of fixed price (they take the risk on overruns) or Cost Plus - where you share the risk, but you may pay less in the end.
