In addition to this, I'm looking into doing wall demo around my staircase and add balusters, along with adding a concrete third bay on the side of my garage.   Deck installation $9,000 ISO someone who is able to build a deck in accordance with my poorly drawn print below in the O'Fallon, MO area. The deck would be 12x12 with an additional 4x4 platform for steps at a 10' elevation. Am only interested in composite deck with iron/aluminum spindles for the border/stairway.
