  Hello, I am in search of a Licensed Electrician to complete a full assessment of usage in our apartment including our hot water tank. We have been having severe issues with the amount of electricity we are using each month. We need to see if we are supplying electricity to other areas of the building, what we are using and if there is a short somewhere causing our high usage. We have a one bedroom apartment and are consuming more electricity than people will whole houses. Our average usage is 1100 kilowatts of electricity in a 60 day period. Our landlord is aware of the issue and will allow full access to the building with whatever is needed. Please help, thank you.
