  Chic Design "Emad " is owner & an unbelievable hairdresser designer cutter color etc..I've been seeing him since 2007. 813 988-3902 on 56 th Street in TT...My hubby saw the same guy for 20 yrs until Emad cut his hair & now 5 yrs later would NEVER go anywhere else!!! .Let him know we sent ya....the nicest guy & fair prices!
