  Darryl Carter, CPA in Irvine. 949-450-9000. He's done my complex filings for 10+ years, and was on the Saddleback financial steering committee when they attended there. He and his wife are also close personal friends of mine. He also does auditing and financial planning, and he'd never give you any questionable or audit-risky advice. Can't speak highly enough of him.
