  Go to a chiropractor! I used to go to Dr Z. My insurance didnt cover him so I started going to Dr Johnson at Tuckahoe Chiropractics. He's great and very thorough and does an evaluation before doing anything. He can do X-rays in his office. Or may send you for an MRI before starting treatment. They have great late hours too!
