  Sounds like you got the shaft Christina guess I would be Pissed too. However I've taken 10 cars to them including Lexus and Mercedes chevy truck etc. and all have always had been done right. Sounds like you got them on a bad day or when the owner was gone which is Eddie by the way. They have been here longer than any tint shop around but I do understand some get a bad job some are done right I just have never experienced that there, they have always taken me In gotten me done properly and quickly and I'm pretty picky who knows.....I still recommend them I always deal with the owner directly and that may be why I've never had a problem!
