  HELP!!!!! I thought the lines on my walls were drywall tape lines.... They actually painted over the wallpaper and I just added another coat to it before I realized that it was wallpaper... Is there a way to get the paper off at this point I has at least 3 coats of paint on it. Anyone know how to fix this? What about putting texture on the top and repainting?
