Depending on the size and condition of your property, it will take us a certain number of hours to perform a top-to-bottom clean. However, the number of hours you book is decided only by you. Upon our arrival we’ll get straight to work by carefully and methodically cleaning all floors and carpets in order to remove any dirt, dust and unsightly markings. Next, rubbish or debris that remains from the construction will be disposed of and windows that have been splattered with paint and plaster will be washed. We’ll cover every skirting board, door and fixture on your property. In addition, a deep clean of appliances and furniture in your kitchen, bedrooms, living rooms and common rooms will be carried out. On top of all this your floors will be polished, walls will be washed and bathroom tiles will be de-scaled and de-limed. Your property will be back to normal as soon as humanly possible because we want to cause a minimum of disruption to you. Our after construction cleaning services are also suitable for commercial clients – we’ve got all the necessary certificates.
