Any good lawyers in Auburn? I had a kid hit my car back in April, and it damaged my car. Now that arbitration is finally done, and has been ruled in my favor, his insurance is refusing to pay me anything. I initially requested money because they refused to give me the documentation that UrgentCare requested. They are also refusing to pay me my lost income claim because there was no injury. However, I drive Uber, and Uber's policy states that I can not drive with them while my car is damaged (I sent them a copy of this policy). They tried to say something about a rental, but they would have refused that back at the time of the accident because my car was drivable, and would. it go into the shop for a month and a half.
Does anybody know a lawyer that can help with this kind of situation? Or am I going to have to take the kid to claims court?
