  Looking for the best local realtor. Someone with good experience selling smaller (renovated) homes. We have 3 little ones so once we rent a storage unit and stage the home, hoping it will sell quickly. Also looking for someone that, if we find a buyer, would cut us a deal to do just the paperwork side of things. We will attempt to sell it ourselves first.
