  Realtor recommendations? I'm coming to Sarasota mid-Demember to look at houses for our move this next spring. We are looking to either buy new, or less than a couple years old. From everything I've read Lakewood Ranch is going to be the most our speed due to us liking the suburbs feel. Anyone have recommendations for a few realtors that specialize in new builds or recently built houses in that area? I'd like to set up a couple meetings for the 4 days I will be there. Thanks!
