Good service on dishwasher, however, to supply soft water to my kitchen sink, they disconnected the cold water line to a service sink in basement. They also took out a line for icemaker....why? who knows! They won't answer my calls and I have never gotten my water test results which was paid for. As for the Aprilaire, they took it apart, told me to go buy a part, which I cannot locate, and call them back or do it myself. They did try to teach me how to assemble it. 5 calls, no response! Bad business....they took unauthorized shortcuts to do the bare minimum.
