  TM Construction 619-654-0279, Todd the owner is an old friend of ours and he used to live down the street. He specializes in working on these old Clairemont houses that were build in the 50's and all there funky little issues, phone cute outs, etc. Quality, Affordable and trustworthy which is a big deal to me. Good luck!
