I'd love nothing more than to be able to give Via Services Elite a 5-star rating, but I'd really much rather know how Whirlpool decides to "certify" a service provider. They connected me with Via Services Elite in the DC area and it's been a total bust. No customer service. No communication. No responsibility. No follow-thru. It's been a very very sad state of consumer affairs. Whirlpool should be very concerned with Via Services' performance and so should you.
I have a broken Samsung dryer. Can anyone recommend a reasonable appliance repair company?

Laura Graham Booth I talked to my neighbor who does appliance repairs, because of who he works for he cannot do side work because of his contract, but he did tell me that based on what you told me, check your fuse box first before you call anyone. Good luck, but if your interested his companies name is VIA Services 410 451-4104.
Does anyone know a good refrigerator repair company? Sears is making us wait a week!

Via services 4104514104. They just repaired my washing machine after A&E said they replaced a motor and it was fixed. One load and it broke again. Via was here within 24 hrs and kept me informed on their appt time and followed up. GREAT service. I guess they fix all appliances. Good luck!
