  Mom and dad said use Larry Clark cell 360-929-3922. He is with skyline properties and he lives in lake Steven and works out of Everett. He was a good guy in the end to my parents and if you know what you want he would be great for you. Mom and Dad were very hard cuz they kept changing the plan. But Larry sold their house and got them there new one.
