  I know they are not local but I have been in the carpet industry for over 10 years. I refer out Bagnall Services out of Littleton. They aren't the cheapest or most expensive but he is honest and does hot water extraction's which are the best way to clean carpet. If you have urine that keeps wicking through, it's most likely in your pad. I typically always sell moisture barrier pads now to help prevent that problem.
