  Wendy P. wrote: Used him in a pinch. He did show up and on time. However, for the prices this contractor charged me for my floor I felt 1) he could have cleaned up after himself 2) he could have used something other then the cheapest floor tiles 3) he could have made the floor he did the same height as the other floor - he didn't (about a 3 inch difference) and it's a tripping hazard . Also kind of arrogant insisting that I should only use his services from now on .
