  Just finished the walk through with my old landlord. It went as expected. After we replaced the front door knob after it broke, he insisted the original be put back on. He says "The front lock is broken and needs to be replaced." Duh! I reminded him for the thousandth time the lock is fine, it's the handle. So he's going to charge us to fix it. Plus all the other BS he can come up with, like the scratched floors that were pristine when we moved in, not! Anybody know a good attorney that would live to take on a bully landlord, probono?
