  Can anyone recommend a VERY good physiotherapist, and also a rheumatologist, both in Pretoria area? I've got really large swollen areas and hard knots in the arm I use to carry / hold the weight of my camera with, as well as immense pain in small joints in my hand and numbness in my fingers tips. (After a day of over exerting myself shooting without hardly even realizing it). I am in serious pain everywhere from my neck to my toes, barely functional - seem to have really aggravated the muscular and bone/joint problems I suffer from that haven't bothered me in a very long time :( Any referrals would be greatly appreciated.. xx
