About us
I am a Qualified Nursey Nurse at NVQ level 3 in Childcare & Education as well as many other extras eg Domestic Violence & Child Protection, Paedeatric First Aid (current)
I moved to the New Forest from Milton Keynes in 2002, as a child I spent many years holidaying here.
in 1998 my dad passed away and my mum gave me some money but I couldn't bring myself to spend it.
Then in early 2009 I was given my Westie and oneday thought how hard can it be to cut his hair! It looked so bad that even he was too embarrassed to go for a walk!
My hubby suggested I use the money from my dad to go and train as a dog Groomer.
After lots of research we decided on the International Animal Care College in Bangor Northern Ireland.
I spent 5 great weeks 6 days a week in November 2009 training.
I gained my self a Advanced Diploma, Pet Emergency Response First Aid & CPR & Pet Identification Microchip Implant Agent.
In 2010 I was contacted by Nichola asking if I would like to complete a theory coarse which would lead to a higher qualification.
I did this and gained 5 credits at level 2 and 15 credits at level 3 in Intermediate Pet Grooming, Clipping and Business Management Skills.
I work 2 days a week at Tesco on Customer Services.
I work flexi time in a 5* hotel looking after the guests children.
I'm doing a homestudy coarse on Criminology.
