  Dr. Penman is with Premier Healthcare for Women@3774 Bailey Dr. Suite B, Lafayette. If you turn into the new St. E from Creasy at the stop light, then turn right across from hospital. Then right again. His building in on the right. I love him and he just delivered my granddaughter 3 weeks ago. My daughter loves him also. Super friendly and very casual guy. His office number is 765-807-2281.
