  Kristin D. wrote: I recently purchased a property represented by Susan Wyant and my experience with her was so terrible that she managed to take the joy out of buying my very first home, but hopefully someone out there considering using her will read this and run for the hills!! Upon first meeting her she was nice enough.. VERY unknowledgeable about the property she was representing and quite honestly it seemed like her first day on the job. When my husband and I asked her questions she just laughed and said "I don't know" or "oh I'm not sure". All of that can be forgivable especially because I have a rock start of an agent who will bend over backwards to get any answer to any crazy question you may think of.. Her name is Beatrix Whipple from Keller Williams..Look her up, you will thank me later!!! Anyways, closing was delayed due to minor issues that could not be foreseen and that's when the time crunch and stress started to set in between the sellers and my husband and I. Susan asked for two extra days on behalf of the sellers and my husband and I agreed because even though we needed to be out of our house we would never throw a family out on the street with two kids. We did however have one request. That my painter could come and do a quick 20 minute consultation so that we could begin painting asap. Now rewind to Susan (how this woman got her license is beyond me) screwed up her clients paperwork and in order to close they needed to go to the county clerks office to get a special deed so we could close. She texted my agent and had the audacity to THREATEN us by saying that her and her clients would refuse to close if we wouldn't cancel our painter for the time scheduled (Don't lie Susan, I know you did.. I have the texts) Now this was on a Friday at 1:30 so my realtor and I (by the way I'm 7 months pregnant) had to drop everything we were doing and drive to Norwalk because if we didn't get the paperwork in that day we would have to wait till Monday. After waiting 45 minutes in line we found out that Susan and her clients did close on the house.. Even better the time stamp in the county clerks office is the SAME time her text threats were coming through. So basically she was BULLYING my family into getting what she wanted. Oh wait it gets better!! Regarding the two extra days. My husband and I felt extremely put off by this family and Susan and had decided that we no longer felt the need to give them the two extra days. When Susan found this out she told my realtor that her clients were going to stay regardless if we agreed upon the two days or not and we can go ahead and call the cops if we want but they aren't going to do anything because her client is an FBI agent.. And don't show up before those two days are up because we don't want any issues!!! I can not even relay the gravity of Susan's unprofessionalism in a review! Writing a story can be so difficult but the drama this woman caused my family was so unacceptable that I plan to find every outlet possible to review her.
