Our home has been on the market for nearly a year and although I know the market isn't that great right now we are not very pleased with the effort that our current agent has put forth. Our contract is with this realtor is coming to an end and we are thinking about hiring someone new. Any recommendations would be appreciated...

  We are PCSing to Fort Benning in 2 weeks. We have 4 daughters so I need a 5 Bedroom House to rent. Any suggestions on where to look? All my kids are in Elementary school so I need a good school district to look in. Thanks! I am also a Real Estate Agent here in NY which I will be doing down there as well so I really need to make sure we live in a good neighborhood. If you personally own a home but want to sell we would be willing to buy the house as the end of the summer after both of our homes in NY close. Thanks again!
