  Looking for a local (LS, BS, IND, etc) CPA to eventually take over all my tax prep and advisement. (My current CPA is retiring in not too long) I would prefer someone close to my age, so we can "grow old in business together" that is well versed in real estate prep, LLC's, SPs, partnerships, quickbooks (what I use), etc. Thank you in advance for recommendations!
