I drove all the way up to NY from CT to have Cisse do my hair, Asked her specifically if she knew how to Braid Ghana Cornrows, sent her images so that she'd know exactly what style I wanted. She said 'Yes, I can do it. Come now!' I drove down to NY paid toll and paid to park my car. I got there and after being passed back and forth between to stylists/braiders I was told by Cisse 'Oh! Ghana Cornrows? No one here can do that. Sorry.' I was extremely upset, but I was not rude. I just walked out of the room, got in my car and drove home without my hair done. But I would not recommend anyone go to her!

Hi ladies! I'm somewhat new to CT and have been natural for a few years. I need a protective style for the summer so I'm looking for a hair salon to install a "kinky hair" weave. Any suggestions would be greatly, greatly appreciated!!

I usually take the train to Harlem to get my mines done which isn't bad; it's a salon (Africans) who do great job and works fast and doesn't pull at the scalp either; the lady name is Cisse Diallo abd her phone is 347-247-3490. and address 43 w 125 th st new york, ny. room 11. If you jus put her phone number in on google many videos pop up on YouTube from ppl who used her
