She was told she has to pay $15 per kitty, PLUS vet fees, which she can get for free where she lives. Does anyone know of a rescue in Polk County, GA, who can pull the cats for her? I just googled this off the internet, so don't know if they can/will do this. Also, you probably would have to have a foster lined up. If she cannot help, maybe she can recommend someone in that area.
