  Active duty family members should have METLIFE. The phone # is 855-638-8371. Ask for in network providers so that your out of pocket expense is lesser than that of a provider that just accepts your insurance

  MetLife is the company the dental is through and from my understanding MOST dentists accept it. Here's there phone number 1-855-638-8371. I go to Dental Health Associates in Lakewood and they've been really great and work really hard to make care affordable. They bent over backwards trying to help me be able to get my wisdom teeth out.

  Ok I need help. I cannot for the life of me remember the website to sign up for dental insurance as a military spouse. Does anyone have the link? And also after signing up for the insurance how long does it take before you can see the dentist?

  It would be mytricare.com to sign up online but you have to have an account. The easiest way is to call and sign up. The sponsor, your spouse, had to be the one to call though (i just signed up the other day) and it depends on what date you sign up. If you sign up now, you should be covered in October.
