Hi guys, I need some advice please. We were hit with a huge water bill by council. We got a plumber out and he discovered the meter being faulty. Council has replaced the water meter and we have logged a query re the huge bill but we were told it will take a month to get feedback. Is there something else we can do in the meantime or is there a company out there that can help us to get this resolved?
