  Technology Made Easy? They're pretty good with that kind of stuff. Also, check to see if the cord is shorting out(look at the end you plug in and see if it looks frayed or really bent), and also check the charging port on it to see if it's loose. That was the case for my laptop until I got it fixed. Check into it.
