  Hey Neighbor- we had ours replaced in August and Tegtmeyers just did theirs last month. We used Arizona Cold Air. Call Wayne- he's the owner. Tell him we referred you. They are the least expensive out there - get a few estimates and see- and they have never had a BBB complaint. 4807330845 ofc and 4805804882 cell. Tell him you got his name from Todd. We had Jaclyn's replaced using them too.
