  Please put this out there for me. I am a single mother of a little girl. I am 99 % sure i know who her dad is! I need to get a lawyer who can help me get a DNA test to prove he is the father. This way she can get what is lawfully owed to her (in her bank account) and so i know the medical side of things..   Legal aide. Call 1-800-668-8258 offer free legal advice to anyone. And you dont need to be on OW to reiceve it. I did my pro bono work with them before i wrote my paralegal license. :)

  Legal a 1-800-668-8258 - let them know it's a family matter and that she won't be applying for legal aid but would like to talk to an advice lawyer and if it's for forms go to the Ministry of the Attorney General Website. Look for an 8A for the application and a 35.1 for custody and access.
